If you need insulation, hire this company! I just had them install spray foam on the ceiling and fiberglass batts on the walls of my 44x12ft shed. They did an awesome job. Very professional. Communication was easy, prompt, and very through (thank you Jody). They spent 2 hours taping all of the studs to cut down on overspray and masked all of the windows, doors, and electrical outlets. They took their time, making sure that every void was filled and every crack was addressed while installing the insulation. Spray foam can be some messy stuff...not for these guys! They spent another hour (maybe more) on clean-up. The space was ready for me to move equipment into the shed when they left.
